जो लोग शानदार रिटर्न के साथ टैक्स बेनिफिट का लाभ भी प्राप्त करना चाहते हैं, तो उन निवेशकों को इक्विटी लिंक्ड सेविंग स्कीम (Savings Scheme) में निवेश करना चाहिए। मतलब कि आप अगर इन योजनाओं में निवेश करना चालू कर देते हैं, तो आपको आयकर अधिनियम की धारा 80 के अंतर्गत हर साल 1 लाख 50 हजार रुपए तक का टैक्स में बेनिफिट मिलता है। 

लेकिन ध्यान दीजिए अगर आप इसमें पैसा जमा करते हैं, तो इस स्कीम का जो लॉक इन पीरियड होता है। वह 3 साल का होता है। निवेशक टैक्स में छूट पाने के लिए एसबीआई लॉन्ग टर्म इक्विटी फंड, एचडीएफसी ईएलएसएस टैक्स सेवर, मोतीलाल ओसवाल लॉन्ग टर्म इक्विटी फंड, क्वांट टैक्स प्लान, कोटक टैक्स सेवर फंड जैसे स्कीम में निवेश (Investment) कर सकते हैं। 

म्युचुअल फंड स्कीम में निवेश करने के फायदे क्या है? 

आपको जैसे सरकारी योजनाओं में निवेश करने पर फायदे मिलते हैं। उससे अधिक और अच्छे फायदे सिस्टमैटिक इन्वेस्टमेंट प्लान में निवेश करने पर मिलते हैं। जिनमें से सबसे ज्यादा फायदा आपको पैसे निवेश (Money Investment) करने पर मिलता है। 

मतलब कि यहां पर 12% से लेकर 15% के बीच इंटरेस्ट मिलता है। आपने जिस स्कीम में निवेश किया है। उसमें आपको 15% से ज्यादा सालाना रिटर्न मिल सकता है। जमा राशि पर कंपाउंड ब्याज (Compound Interest) का लाभ भी मिलता है। जिससे कि, निवेशकों के पैसे हर साल बढ़ते ही जाते हैं। 

5 हजार की SIP से इतने साल में बन जाएगा 3.5 करोड का फंड?

अगर आपको केवल 5 हजार रुपए की एसआईपी से 3 करोड़ 50 लाख रुपए का फंड (Fund) बनाना है, इसके लिए आपको कैलकुलेशन को समझना होगा। सबसे पहले निवेशकों को 32 साल तक लगातार 5 हजार रुपए की एसआईपी करनी होगी।

जिसके बाद 15 प्रतिशत ब्याज दर से 3 करोड़ 54 लाख 59 हजार 339 रुपए का फंड बनेगा। फिर जाकर आपको मैच्योरिटी पर 3 करोड़ 73 लाख 79 हजार 339 रुपए का रिटर्न (Return) मिलेगा।

यह फंड भी मिड-कैप सेगमेंट में टॉप परफॉर्मर है. इसने 5 साल में 34.95% का रिटर्न दिया है, फंड की कुल संपत्ति 67,578 करोड़ रुपये से भी अधिक है और खर्च अनुपात 1.42% है. HDFC Mid-Cap Opportunities Fund ने 3 साल में 22.03% का रिटर्न दिया है, जो दर्शाता है कि यह फंड स्थिरता के साथ ग्रोथ देता है.

Nippon India Growth Fund

इस फंड ने 5 वर्षों में 35.05% का अच्छा रिटर्न दिया है. स्कीम की कुल एसेट 30,276 करोड़ रुपये है और इसका खर्च अनुपात 1.61% है. यह फंड भी मिड-कैप कैटेगरी में बेहतर प्रदर्शन करने वाला फंड है.

Quant Mid Cap Fund

इस फंड ने पिछले 5 साल में 36.20% का रिटर्न दिया है, लेकिन इसका हालिया प्रदर्शन थोड़ा कमजोर रहा है। पिछले 1 साल में इसमें -9.02% का नेगेटिव रिटर्न देखने को मिला है. Expense Ratio 1.79% है, जो थोड़ा अधिक है. फिर भी, लंबी अवधि में इसने अच्छी कमाई दी है.

ICICI Prudential Bluechip Fund

फंड मुख्य रूप से ब्लूचिप कंपनियों में निवेश करता है (यानि बड़ी कंपनियां), लेकिन इसे मिड-कैप के साथ तुलना में रखा गया है क्योंकि इसका प्रदर्शन भी अच्छा रहा है. इसने 5 वर्षों में 27.31% का रिटर्न दिया है. इसकी कुल संपत्ति 60,177 करोड़ रुपये से ज्यादा है और एक्सपेंस रेशियो 1.47% है.

अगर आपको 12% सालाना कंपाउंडिंग रिटर्न मिलता है, तो फिर 20 साल में 1.20 करोड़ के निवेश पर 3.79 करोड़ रुपये बस रिटर्न के रूप में जुड़ सकते हैं.यानी कुल फंड 4.99 करोड़ रुपये तक हो जाएगा.यह सब कमाल 40x20x50 फॉर्मूले की ताकत से ही होगा.जिससे रिटायरमेंट के बाद आप टेंशन फ्री हो जाएंगे.यह फॉर्मूला नौकरीपेशा और बिजनेस करने वाले सभी लोगों के लिए मनी मेकिंग है.

With only $ 12 of investment , Hannah Herbst bought the necessary materials to develop a device that generates renewable energy with the movement of ocean currents . The girl, who lives in Florida, won the  2015 Discovery Education 3M Young Scientist Challenge  and won $ 25,000 as a prize.

To build this type of technology, Hannah uses a 3D printed propeller, some PVC pipes, a pulley and a hydroelectric generator. Her prototype produces enough energy to power an LED lamp , but she believes that if she could invest in the construction of a larger prototype, she could charge three batteries in one hour. The interest for the oceanic energy has been increased in the last years with projects of quite spread, the last one that we have known is in Australia
With this energy, it would be possible to supply enough energy for a desalination pump and filter the seawater, to convert seawater into drinking water.

Hannah started her project while writing to a 9-year-old boy living in Ethiopia, he discovered that his family lived without a reliable source of electricity and drinking water. So Herbst invested his efforts in trying to solve the problem that had the family of that child.

Self-esteem implies feeling great about yourself. Self-Esteem means confidence in one's own worth or abilities, self-respect. Self-esteem is the way of people thinking about themselves, and how much worthwhile they feel about themselves and whether they like themselves or not. It is the self degree believe that upto what degree they have inherent value as individuals, and demonstrate confidence in their ability to successfully achieve their own measure of success.

You may be having a constant feeling that nothing that you do is right. Developing self-esteem is a life-long time process and  it begins in childhood and evolves through adulthood. Self-esteem is also get formed through your successes and failures.

Individuals with self-esteem: 

feel loved and acknowledged 

are glad for what they do 

put stock in themselves 

Individuals with low self-esteem: 

feel awful about themselves 

are challenging for themselves 

think they are bad enough 

Where Does Self-Esteem Come From? 

Guardians, Educators, and others. The general population in our lives can influence how we feel about ourselves. When they center around what's great about us, we feel great about ourselves. When they are tolerant when we commit errors, we figure out how to acknowledge ourselves. When we have companions and get along, we feel loved.

What you need to understand is that everything holding you to a life you don’t want to live is a prison created by your own mind. That doesn’t mean you can just wish yourself into a new life, but it does mean that you can actively work towards living life to the fullest.

Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money.
Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health.
And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present;
the result being that he does not live in the present or the future;
he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.

Do you feel like you’re “sleep-walking” through life? 
Do you wish you had more freedom? 
Do you wish you had more adventure? 
Do you wish you had more time? 
Do you wish you had more love? 
Do you dread Monday mornings?

Reading this article, you’ll find ideas you can put into practice to make your life better.

1. Create a bucket list and start checking things off. You will die one day, but before you do, experience as much of this world as you can.

2. Set goals and write them down. Set goals by month, year, 5 year, and 10 year periods. Know what you want to achieve for each stretch of your life, and make sure to look back and see if you actually made the progress you wanted. This list will constantly evolve and you won’t reach every one of your goals, but writing your goals down will make it more likely that you will achieve them.

3. Don’t live for others. Don’t choose your path in life based on the expectations set on you by others, whether its your parents, friends, or society in general.

4. Live for others. Don’t let others choose your path for you, but don’t choose a path that will hurt those around you. Its easy to get caught up in your own life, but if you don’t take care of those you love, what is it all for in the end?

5. Maintain an internal locus of control. There are 2 kinds of people, those who focus on what they can control, and those that focus on what they can’t. Don’t blame others for your own failure – there’s always someone out there who was dealt a worst hand that made more of it than you did.

6. Don’t complain. If you’re not happy with something in your life, you can complain about it, or you can actively work to change it. Which one will you choose?

7. Don’t be jealous. Not because its morally wrong, but because jealousy is a destructive emotion. Its also a symptom that you’re not living your life to the fullest – people who are fulfilled can celebrate other people’s success. People who aren’t fulfilled fill up their emotional void through negative emotions.

8. Don’t be a crab in the bucket. You’ve heard the expression “crabs in the bucket” – its the tendency crabs have for pulling other crabs back down, right when they’re about to climb out. When you break from the norm, you’ll get pushback from your loved ones. Its not jealousy – they genuinely care for us. But people living the life society tells them to live get scared when they see others going for it. Even if they do it subconsciously, and even if it’s out of genuine concern – its still harmful. 44. Eat, drink, and be merry. Incredible food, great company, and engrossing conversation – it doesn’t get much better than that, at least not in this lifetime. Cherish those moments of bliss and make them happen as frequently as possible.
