Materials.
For this project we will need the following materials:
- PET bottles of 2 liters.
- Cuter.
- Scissors.
- Toothpick.
- Coffee filter.
- Rope.
- Tomato seedlings.
Before starting work we will have to calculate how many bottles and tomato plants we will need, depending on the space we have available. The variety of tomatoes recommended for this project is the cherry.
Instructions.
1. Wash a 2-liter soda bottle.
Remove the label if you wish, normally it is recommended as it will end up marring, falling and getting dirty.
2. Cut the bottom of the bottle.
Do it carefully, especially if there are children nearby.
3. Place the lower part inside the bottle in an inverted position.
It should fit comfortably.
4. Securing the bottle.
Drill two holes in the sides to insert a toothpick. Make sure the holes are in the same position for when you are in balance.
5. Pierce the bottom of the bottle.
We will make 10 to 15 holes so that the bottle itself acts as a shower.
This will leave the water dispenser.
6. Choose a tomato plant that is not yet very large.
We recommend the cherry variety.
7. We put the plant in the bottle.
Through a hole the plant passes through the center of the coffee filter. Wrap it gently around the base that covers the earth.
8. We remove the plant by the neck of the bottle.
Carefully, pass the tomato plant through the neck of the bottle. Use the toothpick to help pass the plant through the hole if necessary.
9. Place the bottle upside down and fill with earth.

10. Pass the toothpick through the holes.
11. Secure the cable to hang the plant.
