HEALTH DIET RECIPE- KHAMAN DHOKLA


Besan Dhokla is a popular snack from Gujarat and North India. It is very light Food and easily Digestible . Besan Dhokla is a very famous breakfast of Gujarat. It is  Recipe of  Gujarat and  North India too. We like to eat  Dhokla  while sipping  tea in our houses. It is easy to make a suitable Dhokla to prepare soft and spongy Dhokla in 20 minutes. You do not need 8 or 12 hours to prepare the solution. . We will use eno fruit salt with gram flour.

To Make Dhokla


INGREDIENTS -  For 4 Persons

1 cup gram flour

1 tbspsumi semolina (semolina) (Suji in Hindii)

1/2 cup curd

1 1/2 tsp lemon juice

1 green chili cut

1 gram turmeric

1/2 tsp salt, or according to taste

2 inch ginger finely

1 tsp fruit salt ano in India (ENO)

1 tsp oil

1/4 cup water to make gram flour

To make Dhokla a tempera- (Tadka)

1/2 tbsp oil

1 tsp mustard

4 green chilies cut into one edge from the middle in length

1/2 teaspoon coriander leaves finely chopped

2 tsp sugar

20 -30 link address

1 cup water

2 tablespoons grated coconut

Instructions -

Make a mixture of Dhokla - time - 2 minutes

1) Add gram flour and curd in a bowl and mix well. Add 1/4 cup of 1 cup = 240 milliliter of water, 1 tablespoon oil, salt and turmeric and mix it with Aye.

2) Now add finely chopped green chillies, ginger and 1 teaspoon sugar and mix it.

3) Now put one teaspoon fruit salt ano in Indian gram flour and mix it for 1 minute.

Prepare the Dhokla in vessel - time - 2 minutes

Take an aluminum vessel and put oil well on its inside surface. Do not paste the solution of gram flour from the vessel. And it will come out easily. Put the basson solution immediately.

To Prepare Dhokla

1) Take a vessel to make the dhokla and then put a stand in it and put 2-3 cups of water and put the plate of Dhokla on it. And keep a plate from above to cover it. Let the rinse in steam for 10-12 minutes on medium flame.

2) After 10 to 12 mint, put a knife in the Dhokla and see if the solution does not stick in the knife, then the dhokla is cooked, otherwise allow it to cook for 2-3 more minutes.

3) Close the gas and take out the Dokla plate utensil and let it cool for few minutes. Cut into small small square shapes of Dhokla.

To Cook the Dhokla in Cooker  Time - 25 Minutes

Fill the Cooker with 25%  water. Put a small bowl in the water and keep it upside down. Place the pot of aluminum on the bowl and close the lid of the cooker. Take care to remove the cooker's whistle. Keep it on the fast and let it cook for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes the Dhokla will get Prepared. Close the gas stove. Take out the straw in a plate. With the help of  Knife, separate the edges of the vessel from the dhokla. Cut it into small pieces.

Prepare the dhokla for tempering - Cooking time - 4 minutes

Heat 1/2 tbsp of refined oil in a vessel. After adding mustard seeds and mustard garnish, add sticks and green chillies. Keep the stove on the lowest flame. Now add one cup = 240 ml of water, 1/2 teaspoon sugar and coriander and cook it for 3 minutes on high flame. Allow the cook to cook for 3 minutes. Stir the stove after 3 minutes and spread the dhokla on the dhokla by giving it pulse. Dhokla is ready to serve. Eat it and enjoy it. Keep the decoction aside for 10 minutes. By doing so, tempering will reach every piece and it will provide moisture.

Storage and Serving Suggestions

The dhokla is served only on ordinary temperature - neither cold nor hot.
You can eat it for 3 days by keeping it in the refrigerator. Because it has water, keeping it for a long time will make it worse.
While serving each piece, keep the green chilli slice on it in the pan and eat with amchoor chutney or tamarind chutney
